3. Session Rules & Guidelines
3.1 Duration & Punctuality
- Each session is scheduled to last between 45 to 60 minutes.
- Clients are expected to join the session at the scheduled time.
- Delays beyond 15 minutes from the scheduled start time may result in a shorter session or rescheduling, depending on availability.
- If a session is shortened due to a client’s delay, the full session fee will still apply.
3.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-shows or failure to join the session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged. In case of emergencies, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Ms. Niharika Dogra.
3.3 Payment Terms
- Payments must be made before the session to confirm the appointment.
- Accepted payment methods include:

- UPI Transactions
- Razorpay (For NRI clients)
- Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- Failure to complete payment before the session may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

- All counseling sessions are strictly confidential. Any information shared during sessions, whether verbal or written, is protected under professional confidentiality agreements.
- No personal information shared during the session will be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to disclose information.
- Confidentiality exceptions include situations where there is a perceived risk of harm to the client, others, or legal requirements that mandate disclosure, such as court orders.
- Session records may be maintained for reference but will be securely stored with access limited strictly to the therapist.
- Clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any materials or discussions provided within the therapeutic setting.
3.5 Mode of Sessions
- Sessions may be conducted online or in person, subject to availability.
- Online sessions will be conducted through secure platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or other encrypted services.
- In-person sessions will take place at a designated and mutually agreed location.

- Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior during sessions will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
