Payment Methods and Policies for Online Counselling

Payment Methods

To ensure convenience and flexibility, the following payment options can be made available for online counselling sessions:

  • Bank Transfers: Direct payment to a provided account number.
  • UPI Payments: Platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm for quick and easy transactions.

Payment Policies

  • Payments must be made in full before the session to confirm the booking.
  • Packages or bulk sessions may require upfront payment or instalments.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations:
    • Full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations.
  • No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

  • If purchasing a package, unused sessions must be utilized within a specified period (e.g., 3-6 months) to maintain validity.

  • If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties on either side, it will be rescheduled without additional charges.

  • All payment information is securely processed and kept confidential.
