My academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and Post Graduate Diplomas in Guidance and Counselling as well as Rehabilitation Psychology.
Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse settings, including corporate environments, NGOs, schools, and clinical spaces. This broad exposure has enabled me to understand and address the unique psychological needs of individuals in various contexts. A significant part of my journey has been dedicated to supporting military personnel and their families across multiple Air Force Stations in India.
